Scheduled posts
Posts that are set to go out at a specific time or in a queue slot.
Overview
Scheduled posts are ones you’ve set for a future date and time (or assigned to a queue slot). They sit in your Posts list until that time; then Social0 publishes them for you. You can edit or cancel them anytime before they go out.
How to see scheduled posts
- Go to Dashboard → Posts.
- Use the filter or tab for Scheduled (if available), or look for posts marked Scheduled or Queued.
Each card shows the post preview and when it’s set to go out (or which queue slot it’s in).
How to change or cancel a scheduled post
- Open the post from the list.
- Click Edit to change the content and/or the date and time (or queue slot).
- Save. The post will go out at the new time.
- To cancel, delete the post or remove the schedule so it becomes a draft.
Tips
- All times use the timezone you set in Settings → Preferences. Check that first if a time looks wrong.
- Posts that are in a queue show as Queued and the slot they’re in. You can still edit or delete them before the slot time.
Common questions
Q: Can I schedule a post for the past?
A: No. Pick a future date and time. If you need it out now, use Publish now instead of Schedule.
Q: What if I’m at my tweet limit when a scheduled post is supposed to go out?
A: If your plan has a monthly tweet limit and you’ve hit it, that post may fail to send to Twitter/X. Upgrade or wait until the next month, then retry the post from the Posts list.
