Onboarding — Connect accounts
Connect your first social accounts so you can start posting.
Overview
In this step you connect the social accounts you want to use with Social0. You need a paid plan to connect accounts—on the free tier you cannot connect any. If you have a paid plan, you’ll see a list of platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Click Connect for each one you want, sign in to that platform when asked, and approve the permissions. When you’re done, click Next to finish onboarding.
How to connect accounts during onboarding
- You’ll see the list of platforms and which ones are already connected (if any).
- Click Connect next to a platform (e.g. Twitter/X or LinkedIn).
- Sign in to that platform in the window or tab that opens and approve the permissions.
- You’ll return to Social0 with that account connected. Repeat for any other accounts you want.
- When you’re ready, click Next to go to the final step.
How many accounts you can connect depends on your plan. If you hit the limit, we’ll tell you; you can upgrade from Billing later.
Tips
- Connect at least one account so you can try publishing right after onboarding.
- You can add or remove accounts anytime from Dashboard → Connections.
Common questions
Q: Can I skip this step?
A: You need a paid plan and at least one connected account to publish. If you’re on a paid plan, you can finish onboarding and connect later from Connections. On the free tier you cannot connect accounts.
Q: I’m at my account limit.
A: Your plan sets the maximum number of accounts. Upgrade in Billing to connect more.
