Terms and Conditions

The rules and agreement for using Social0.

Overview

Our Terms and Conditions describe the agreement between you and Social0 when you use the product. They cover what the service is, your responsibilities (e.g. keeping your account secure, not misusing the product), how we handle your content and data, what happens if you or we end the agreement, and limits on liability. This page is a short summary. The full terms are on our website.

What you’re agreeing to

  • Using the service — You use Social0 to create, schedule, and publish content to the platforms you connect. You’re responsible for that content and for following each platform’s rules.
  • Your account — You keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough and allowed to enter into this agreement where you live.
  • Payment — If you choose a paid plan, you pay as described at signup and on the Billing page. Refunds and cancellations follow our policy (described in the full terms).
  • Ending the agreement — You can cancel your plan and stop using the service. (Extreme cases 😕). What happens to your data when you leave is in the full terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tips

  • Don’t share your account or use Social0 for spam or abuse. Each platform has its own rules; breaking them can get your account restricted there and with us.
  • If something in the terms is unclear, contact us before you rely on it.
