How to send feedback or feature requests to the Social0 team.
Overview
The Feedback page lets you send suggestions, report issues, or ask questions directly to the Social0 team. You’ll see a feedback board where you can post ideas, vote on others’ ideas, and read answers from the team. It’s the best place to tell us what you’d like to see or what’s not working for you.
How to open Feedback
- In the Dashboard, open the sidebar or menu.
- Click Feedback
You’ll see the feedback board. If something doesn’t load, you may see a link to our feedback site (e.g. social0.canny.io) as a fallback.
What you can do
- Post feedback — Describe your idea or issue. The team can respond and others can vote.
- Vote — Vote on other people’s suggestions so we know what matters most.
- Read — See what others have asked and what the team has said.
You’re signed in with your Social0 account so we know who’s posting. We don’t share that outside the product.
Tips
- Be specific: “I’d like to schedule posts to LinkedIn in a queue” is more helpful than “improve LinkedIn.”
- If you hit a bug, describe what you did and what you expected. That helps us fix it faster.
Common questions
Q: Is this the same as support?
A: The feedback board is for ideas and discussion. For account or billing issues, contact support@social0.app.
Q: Will you reply to every post?
A: We try to respond to as many as we can. Popular ideas often get a reply or an update when we ship something related.
