Billing

How to view your plan, upgrade, and manage your subscription.

Overview

Your subscription decides whether you can connect accounts and post at all (free = explore dashboard only), how many accounts you can connect, and whether you have access to bulk tools and other growth tools. You can start with a 7-day free trial to try a paid plan, then continue by paying when the trial ends. See your plan, usage, and upgrade or cancel from DashboardBilling.

How to open Billing

  1. In the Dashboard, open the sidebar or menu.
  2. Click Billing (or Subscription).
  3. You’ll see your current plan, how many accounts you’ve connected, and (for some plans) how many tweets you’ve sent this month.

What you can do on the Billing page

  • See your plan — Free, Starter, Growth, or Pro, and what’s included.
  • Upgrade — Choose a paid plan and complete payment (or start a 7-day free trial). You’re sent to our payment provider; when you’re done, you come back to Social0 and your new plan (or trial) is active.
  • Change plan — Switch to a different paid plan (e.g. Starter to Growth).
  • Cancel — Cancel your subscription. What happens to your data and access is described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Tips

  • If you just upgraded and the page still shows the old plan, wait a few seconds and refresh. Sometimes it takes a moment to update.
  • Keep your payment method up to date so you don’t lose access by accident.

Common questions

Q: Where do I cancel?
A: On the Billing page, use the option to cancel or manage subscription. You may be taken to our payment provider to confirm.

Q: What happens when my trial or plan ends?
A: If you don’t have an active paid plan, you’re on Free: you can only explore the dashboard—you won’t be able to connect accounts or post anything. You can still sign in and upgrade (or start a new 7-day free trial) to start again. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for details.
