Overview

Getting started with Social0 is three steps: sign up, choose a paid plan (or start a 7-day free trial), connect at least one account, and create a post. On the free tier you can only explore the dashboard—you cannot connect accounts or post. You need a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) to connect accounts and to publish or schedule; you can try everything first with a 7-day free trial, then continue by paying when the trial ends.

How to sign up

1. Go to social0.app.
2. Click Get started.
3. Sign up with Google (one click) or with email (enter your name, email, and password).
4. If you used email, check your inbox and enter the verification code we send you.
5. You’ll be asked to choose a plan—pick one or click I’ll decide later to continue.

How to connect your first account

You need a paid plan to connect accounts (free tier = explore dashboard only). Once you’ve upgraded:

1. In the Dashboard, open Connections (from the sidebar or menu).
2. Find the platform you want (e.g. Twitter/X, LinkedIn) and click Connect.
3. Sign in to that platform when asked (we never see your password).
4. Approve the permissions Social0 needs to post on your behalf.
5. You’ll return to Social0 with that account connected.

You can connect more accounts anytime from the same Connections page. How many you can connect depends on your plan.

How to make your first post

1. Open the Composer (usually the first screen you see in the Dashboard).
2. Type or paste your post. Add a photo or video if you want.
3. Click Continue.
4. Choose which connected accounts should receive the post.
5. Click Publish now to post immediately, or Schedule to pick a date and time.

That’s it. Your post goes to each platform you selected.

Tips

• Start with one account so you can confirm the post looks right before adding more.
• If you’re not sure which post type to use, the Composer picks one based on whether you add text only, images, or video.
• Drafts are saved automatically; you can come back and publish or schedule later.

Common questions

Q: Do I need to pay before I can connect accounts or post?
A: On the free tier you can only explore the dashboard. To connect accounts and post, you need a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro). You can start with a 7-day free trial to use the product fully, then continue with a paid plan when the trial ends.

Q: What if I don’t verify my email?
A: You need to verify your email to use Social0. Check your inbox (and spam) for the code.

Q: Can I disconnect an account later?
A: Yes. Go to Connections, find the account, and disconnect it. You can reconnect anytime.
