Forgot password
Request a reset code by email so you can set a new password.
Overview
If you don’t remember your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. Enter the email you used to sign up and we’ll send you a 6-digit code. You’ll then use that code on the reset-password page to set a new password.
How to request a password reset
- Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password (or the equivalent link).
- Enter the email address you use for your Social0 account.
- Click Send code (or Submit). We’ll send a 6-digit code to that email.
- Check your inbox (and spam). Open the email and note the code.
- You’ll be taken to the reset-password page (or click the link in the email). Enter the code and your new password there. See Reset password.
Tips
- Use the same email you used when you signed up. If you don’t get the email, check that address and your spam folder.
- Codes expire after a period. If yours is old, request a new code from the forgot-password page.
Common questions
Q: I didn’t get the reset email.
A: Check spam and wait a minute. Try again with Send code. Make sure you’re using the email tied to your Social0 account.
Q: I use Google to sign in. Can I reset my password?
A: If you signed up with Google, you don’t have a Social0 password—you sign in with Google. Use the Google sign-in option. If you added a password later in Settings, use forgot password with that email.
