Overview

The Calendar view shows your posts on a calendar—scheduled posts on their date and time, and optionally published posts. Use it to see your content plan at a glance and spot gaps or busy days.

How to open the Calendar

1. In the Dashboard, open the sidebar or menu.
2. Click Calendar.

You’ll see a calendar (week or mont or day view). Posts appear on the day (and time) they’re set to go out or when they were published.

What you can do

• View — See which days have scheduled or published posts.
• Click a post — Open it to view details, edit, or cancel.
• Change view — Switch between week and month if the option is there.

Times use the timezone you set in Settings → Preferences.

Tips

• Use the calendar to plan ahead. If a day is empty, consider scheduling something there.
• If you don’t see a Calendar link, your app may not have this view yet. Use the Posts list and filter by “Scheduled” to see what’s coming up.

Common questions

Q: Can I drag a post to a different day on the calendar?
A: Currently, you can't drag a post to a different day on the calendar. If this is something you'd like to see, please let us know by requesting the feature!

Q: Does the calendar show queue slots?
A: Queued posts appear on the date they’re set to go out. The exact time may be the slot window (e.g. “9 AM slot”) depending on how we display it.
