DashboardPosts

Posted (published) posts

Posts that have been sent to your connected accounts.

Overview

Posted (or published) posts are ones that have already been sent to the platforms you chose. They appear in your Posts list so you can see what went out and when. You can open any of them to view the content, see which platforms got it, and use “Post again” if you want to reuse the content.

How to see posted posts

  1. Go to DashboardPosts.
  2. Use the filter or tab for Posted or Published (if available), or look for posts marked Posted or Published.

Each card shows a preview and when it was published.

What you can do with a posted post

  • View — Open it to see the full content, media, and status per platform (e.g. “Posted on Twitter,” “Posted on LinkedIn”).
  • Post again — Reuse the same content and send it again (e.g. to the same or different accounts, or on a schedule). Useful for reposting or boosting.
  • View on platform — If we show a link to the post on Twitter, Instagram, etc., you can click it to see it there.

You can’t change what’s already on the platforms; that content is live. “Post again” creates a new send (same or edited content).

Tips

  • Use “Post again” for your best posts so they get a second run. On Growth and Pro you can also use Resurface to automate that.
  • If one platform failed (e.g. “Partial”), open the post and use Retry to send to the failed ones.

Common questions

Q: Can I edit a post after it’s posted?
A: You can’t edit what’s already on Twitter, Instagram, etc. You can use “Post again” or “Edit and post” to send the same (or updated) content as a new post.

Q: Why does it say “Partial”?
A: The post was sent to some platforms but failed on others. Open the post to see which ones failed and use Retry after fixing the issue (e.g. reconnect account, upgrade plan).
