Bulk tools (dashboard)

Overview

Bulk tools let you upload many images or many videos at once and schedule them (e.g. one per day or per queue slot). They’re available on Growth and Pro plans. You’ll find them under Dashboard → Create → Bulk tools (or More on mobile).

How to open bulk tools

1. In the Dashboard, look at the left sidebar.
2. Under the Create section, you'll see Bulk tools as a visible option—just click it.
3. Then pick either Bulk Image Upload or Bulk Video Upload from the options provided.

If you don’t see them, your plan may not include bulk tools. Go to Billing to upgrade to Growth or Pro.

What each tool does

Bulk Image Upload

• Upload multiple images.
• Add a caption (or per-image if the form allows).
• Choose which accounts get the posts.
• Set a schedule (e.g. one post per day at 9 AM, or assign to queue slots).
• Each image becomes its own scheduled post.

Bulk Video Upload

• Upload multiple videos (one per post).
• Add captions if you want.
• Choose which accounts get the posts (only video-capable platforms).
• Set the schedule.
• Each video becomes its own scheduled post.

Tips

• Make sure each file meets the usual size and format rules. We’ll tell you if something’s wrong.
• After you’re done, check Posts to see all the scheduled posts; you can edit or cancel any of them.

Common questions

Q: I only see “Upgrade” when I click Bulk tools.
A: Bulk tools are on Growth and Pro. Upgrade in Billing and the option will work.

Q: Can I use different captions for each image?
A: Yes, you can use different captions for each image or video—just add them in the per-file caption fields during upload.
