Inbox
Reply to comments on posts you published through Social0, and to DMs where the platform allows it.
Overview
Inbox is where you read and reply to comments on posts you published through Social0, plus DMs where the platform allows it. It is early access, not a separate product or plan. The sidebar shows a flask next to Inbox (icon only — no “Experimental” label). The page title includes an Experimental badge.
Available on every plan. Inbox does not match Analytics one-for-one — comments and DMs each have their own live set. Team workspaces have the same Inbox for that workspace's accounts.
Comments are for posts that went out through Social0. DMs are conversations on those live accounts.
We do not store comments or DMs. Opening Inbox loads threads live from the networks. When you reply, it goes to the platform. Nothing is saved on our side.
What's live vs coming
Comments live today — X, Bluesky, and YouTube.
DMs live today — X and Bluesky only.
Coming soon — Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn for comments (and DMs where those networks actually have them). We're waiting on access from Meta and LinkedIn.
Not a comments inbox — TikTok and Pinterest. Those networks don’t offer a comments inbox we can use. They are not “coming soon” for comments.
No DMs on YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, or Threads. TikTok DMs are not live (they need a different kind of TikTok access than posting uses).
You can still connect every platform and publish as usual.
How to open Inbox
- In the Dashboard, open the sidebar (or More on mobile).
- Click Inbox.
- Stay on Comments (default), or switch to DMs.
- Pick a date range: 7D, 2W, 4W, 3M, 1Y, or a custom calendar range — same control as Analytics.
- Optionally filter by account, then open a thread and reply in the app.
Images and videos in a thread show inline. You can reply without leaving Social0.
Refresh and bookmarks can return you to the same tab, account, or thread.
Unread badge
While you work elsewhere in the dashboard, Inbox in the nav shows an unread count. It updates in the background. On the Inbox page itself the badge clears. Mobile More shows the same count.
What you’ll see
- Comments - Threads on Social0-published posts for live comment accounts (X, Bluesky, YouTube today). Loaded from the platform, not stored.
- DMs - Direct messages on X and Bluesky today. Same: live, not stored.
- Account chips - Only connected, usable accounts that are live for that tab.
- Reconnect - Only for those live platforms, same idea as Analytics.
- Like - Works where the network supports it.
- Hide - Only for Instagram and Facebook Pages, which are not live in Inbox yet — so hide is not useful on the live set today.
Tips
- Flask = early access. Comments and DMs don’t share the same live platforms.
- If you expected Instagram or Facebook in Inbox, they work for posting — Inbox for those networks goes live when Meta and LinkedIn approve our access.
- TikTok and Pinterest can show up in Analytics, but not in comments.
- Open a post from Posts if you need the original content; Inbox is for the conversation.
Common questions
Q: Which platforms work in Inbox today?
A: Comments: X, Bluesky, and YouTube. DMs: X and Bluesky only. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn are on the way. TikTok and Pinterest have no comments inbox. YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and Threads have no DMs here.
Q: When will Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn work?
A: As soon as Meta and LinkedIn approve the access we've requested. You do not need to reconnect or upgrade.
Q: Why isn’t TikTok in comments?
A: TikTok doesn’t give us a comments inbox. That’s not a pending request — comments for TikTok are not coming in Inbox.
Q: Do I see comments on posts I published only on the network itself?
A: Inbox comments are for posts you published through Social0.
Q: Why is there a number on Inbox in the sidebar?
A: Unread comments or DMs since you last cleared them. It polls while you’re on other dashboard pages.
Q: Is Inbox a paid add-on?
A: No. It’s included on every plan as early access, limited to live platforms.
Q: Do you keep my comments or DMs?
A: No. We don’t store them. Inbox reads them live from the platform when you open it, and replies are sent there directly.
