Analytics

Overview

Analytics shows how posts you published through Social0 are doing on your connected accounts. It is early access, not a separate product or plan. In the sidebar you’ll see a small flask next to Analytics (no “Experimental” label there). On the page itself, the title includes an Experimental badge.

You can use Analytics on every plan. Metrics come from accounts that are connected, still usable, and rolled out for this feature. Team workspaces have the same page for that workspace's accounts.

We do not store analytics. When you open this page (or click Show analytics on a post), Social0 loads the numbers live from the networks. Refresh loads them again. Nothing is saved on our side.

What's live vs coming

Live today — X, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. Those accounts appear on Analytics when they are connected and still usable.

Coming soon — Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn. We're waiting on access from Meta and LinkedIn. You can still connect those accounts and publish as usual. They will show up here once that access is approved.

Analytics is not live on all nine publish networks.

How to open Analytics

1. In the Dashboard, open the sidebar (or More on mobile).
2. Click Analytics.
3. Pick a date range: 7D, 2W, 4W, 3M, 1Y, or a custom range from the calendar.
4. Optionally tap an account chip to focus on one account. All includes every live account.

You’ll see totals for Views, Likes, Comments, and Engagement, a trend chart, a breakdown (By platform when you’re on All, or Engagement mix when one account is selected), and Top posts. Click a top post to open its post detail.

What you’ll see

• Account chips - Only authenticated, usable accounts on platforms that are live for Analytics.
• Reconnect - If a live account needs permission again, we ask you to reconnect. That nag is only for live platforms. Open Connections to fix it.
• Refresh - Loads the latest numbers from the platforms again (still not stored).

Analytics is about posts you sent through Social0, not everything else on the account. The counts you see are live from the network, not a copy we keep.

Tips

• The flask in the nav means early access. Features can change as more platforms go live.
• If an account is missing, check Connections and that the platform is live today (X, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest).
• You can also open numbers for one post from post detail — tap Show analytics there; they do not load until you do.

Common questions

Q: Why don’t I see Instagram (or Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn)?
A: Analytics is live on X, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest right now. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn are on the way — we're waiting on access from Meta and LinkedIn.

Q: When will Meta and LinkedIn work?
A: As soon as those networks grant the access we've requested. Reconnecting or upgrading won't unlock them early.

Q: Do I need Growth or Pro?
A: No. Analytics is available on Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro. Auto-plug and auto-repost stay Growth+ and X-only.

Q: Are these numbers for my whole profile?
A: No. They cover posts you published through Social0 on the live accounts you selected.

Q: Do you save my analytics?
A: No. We never keep a copy of views, likes, comments, or engagement. Each visit loads them live from the platform.
