Queue (in settings panel)

Where queue slots are set and how scheduled posts use them.

Overview

The queue lets you define time slots (e.g. “weekdays at 9 AM”) and assign scheduled posts to those slots instead of picking an exact time for each post. There isn’t a separate “Queue” page that lists only queued posts-you manage slots in SettingsQueue, and when you schedule a post you choose whether to give it a specific time or add it to a slot. Queued posts show up in your main Posts list with a Queued label.

In a collaborative team, only Owner and Admin can manage queue slots. Members can still schedule posts into existing slots. Queue and posts in a team use the owner’s resources — see Teams & Workspaces.

How to set up queue slots

  1. Go to DashboardSettings.
  2. Open the Queue tab.
  3. Add your slots: for each one, set the day(s) and time (e.g. “Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM”).
  4. Save.

Those slots are now available when you schedule a post.

How to add a post to the queue

  1. Create your post and choose Schedule.
  2. When picking the time, look for Add to queue or Queue slot.
  3. Select one of your slots.
  4. Confirm. The post will go out in that time window and will show as Queued in the Posts list.

Where to see queued posts

  • DashboardPosts - All your posts are here. Queued ones have a Queued badge and the slot they’re in. Open any post to edit or cancel it.

Tips

  • Use a few consistent slots so you build a routine. You can always schedule a post to a specific date and time instead of the queue if you need a one-off time.
  • You can edit or delete a queued post anytime before it goes out; open it from the Posts list.

Common questions

Q: Is there a page that shows only queued posts?
A: No. Queued posts appear in Posts (and under Scheduled) with a Queued label and slot time — same as other scheduled posts, just marked as queue-assigned.

Q: Can I change which slot a post is in?
A: Yes. Open the post and edit it; change the queue assignment to a different slot (or to a specific date and time) and save.
