Billing FAQ
Common questions about upgrading, paying, and canceling.
Overview
This page answers common questions about plans, payment, and canceling. For full details, see our Terms and Privacy Policy.
How do I upgrade?
- Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- Click the plan you want (Starter, Growth, or Pro). You can start with a 7-day free trial—use the product fully, then your paid plan continues when the trial ends.
- You’ll be sent to our payment provider to complete the purchase (or start the trial).
- When payment succeeds (or the trial starts), you’ll be brought back to Social0 and your plan will update. If it doesn’t update right away, wait a few seconds and refresh.
What if my trial ended and some posts failed?
If posts failed with a message like “Payment required,” it usually means your paid plan or trial ended. Go to Dashboard → Billing and upgrade or renew. Once you have an active plan, you can retry publishing those posts from your Posts list.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
- Change plan: Open Billing and select a different plan. You may be charged or credited according to the change.
- Cancel: Use the cancel or manage-subscription option on the Billing page. You may be taken to our payment provider to confirm. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; then you’ll be on the Free tier and won’t be able to publish or schedule.
Refunds and data retention are described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Tips
- Keep your payment method up to date so your plan doesn’t lapse.
- If you’re not sure which plan you’re on, check Billing—it shows your current plan and usage.
