Billing FAQ
Common questions about upgrading, paying, and canceling.
Overview
This page answers common questions about plans, payment, and canceling. For full details, see our Terms and Privacy Policy.
How do I upgrade?
- Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- Click the plan you want (Starter, Growth, or Pro).
- You’ll be sent to our payment provider to complete the purchase.
- When payment succeeds, you’ll be brought back to Social0 and your plan will update. If it doesn’t update right away, wait a few seconds and refresh.
What if my subscription ended and some posts failed?
If posts failed with a message like “Payment required,” it usually means your paid plan ended or you hit Free limits (10 lifetime posts or 3 accounts). Go to Dashboard → Billing and upgrade or renew. Once you have an active paid plan (or free quota available), you can retry publishing those posts from your Posts list.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
- Change plan: Open Billing and select a different plan. You may be charged or credited according to the change.
- Cancel: Use the cancel or manage-subscription option on the Billing page. You may be taken to our payment provider to confirm. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; then you’re on Free (up to 3 accounts, 10 lifetime posts).
Refunds and data retention are described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
What about Teams if I’m on Starter or Growth?
Solo multi-workspace works on Starter and Growth. Collaborative teams (inviting admins/members) require Pro. Details: Teams & Workspaces.
Do invited teammates need their own Pro?
No — not to collaborate on the owner’s team. They need a paid plan only for their own Main / solo workspaces. If the owner’s Pro lapses, collaboration pauses for everyone until they renew.
Tips
- Keep your payment method up to date so your plan doesn’t lapse.
- If you’re not sure which plan you’re on, check Billing-it shows your current plan and usage.
Common questions
Q: I was charged but my plan didn’t update.
A: Refresh the Billing page and wait a few seconds. If it still shows the old plan, contact support with your email and the date of the charge.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refund policy is in our Terms. Contact support with your account details and reason.
Q: What happens to my posts if I cancel?
A: Your drafts and scheduled posts stay in your account. On Free, publish and schedule are limited to 10 lifetime posts (drafts do not count). Upgrade from Billing for unlimited posts. How long we keep data is in our Privacy Policy.
