Bulk video scheduling
Upload many videos, set a bulk caption and schedule, then schedule them as separate posts to your connected accounts.
Overview
Bulk video scheduling lets you upload many videos at once, pick which connected accounts they go to, add a caption (for all or per video), and set a schedule. Each video becomes its own post. The page has two main areas: on the left you choose accounts and manage your videos; on the right you set bulk caption and schedule, then confirm. Only video-capable platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) appear when you pick accounts. This feature is in Beta and is available on Growth and Pro plans.
How to use bulk video scheduling
- Go to Dashboard → Bulk tools (or More → Bulk tools on mobile) and open Bulk Video Upload.
- Post to — Select the accounts that should receive the posts. Use Select all to tick every account, Search accounts to filter, and Remember if you want your choice saved for next time. You must select at least one account before you can schedule.
- Upload videos — Click or drag and drop into the upload zone. You’ll see how many files you’ve added and the total size (e.g. 2 files / 40 files, 14 MB / 250 MB). The 250 MB total batch size limit is enforced in the browser. Remove a video with the trash icon.
- Your videos — Each video has a thumbnail, filename, size, Video caption (optional), date, and time. You can leave dates and times blank and set them in bulk in the right panel.
- Bulk Schedule Settings (right panel):
- Bulk caption — Enter a caption and click Apply Caption to All Videos to copy it to every video.
- Schedule settings — Set Start date, Start time, and Videos per day (1–24). Click Apply This Schedule to fill each video’s date and time. The summary shows how they’re spread (e.g. “Daily schedule (24h apart): 01:51”, “Total duration: ~2 days”).
- Confirm & schedule — Review the list and any per-video changes, then click Schedule All X Videos. If you haven’t selected any accounts, you’ll see a message asking you to select at least one.
Scheduled videos appear in Posts as Scheduled (or Queued if you used queue slots).
What you’ll see
- Post to — Grid of connected video-capable accounts (avatar and platform). Select which ones get the posts. Accounts with connection issues may be greyed out or marked.
- Upload zone — File count and size limits (e.g. up to 40 files, 250 MB total). Click or drag to add more. A note explains that the 250 MB total is enforced in the browser.
- Your videos — One row per video with thumbnail, filename, size, caption, date, time, and delete. Adjust individual captions and times as needed.
- Bulk Schedule Settings — Bulk caption and “Apply Caption to All Videos”; start date, start time, videos per day, and “Apply This Schedule”; then “Schedule All X Videos” at the bottom.
Limits you’ll notice
- Each platform has its own video length and size limits (e.g. TikTok often under 10 minutes). Keep your files within those limits.
- Aspect ratio (e.g. 16:9, 9:16) must be supported. The app will tell you if a file doesn’t match.
- The bulk tool has a total batch size limit (e.g. 250 MB) enforced in the browser.
Tips
- Use Apply Caption to All Videos and Apply This Schedule first, then tweak individual videos if needed.
- Vertical (9:16) works well for TikTok and Reels; horizontal (16:9) for YouTube. Choose the right format for the accounts you’re posting to.
- Large files can take a while to upload. Wait for the upload to finish before closing the page.
Common questions
Q: Can I upload many videos in one go?
A: Yes, up to the limit (e.g. 40 files, 250 MB total). Set the schedule so they spread over the days you want. You can edit or delete any scheduled post from the Posts list.
Q: Why does it say “Please select at least one account”?
A: You need to select at least one connected account under Post to before Schedule All will work. Tick the accounts you want and try again.
Q: One video failed. What do I do?
A: Check the error (e.g. length, size, aspect ratio). Fix the file and create a new post for that video, or remove it from the bulk run and try again.
